Foundation go in Nov 16 2011

Well finally then the foundations go in.  I was rather disappointed that we have to resort to cement when there is so much rock here already, but there you are.  The powers that be insist that houses shall be built with concrete, and comply we will.  A few days of good weather and some brilliant workers with Mike Mike Dempster and Ronny MacColl, then rain again.  But the foundation is founded.  Next will be breeze blocks, yet another element of modern building methods I don't quite agree with, but I am happy to see it all actually coming together.  I'll let the photos tell the story below.
